Resurrection witness

May 2 - Spirit-filled Witnesses
Fr. Matt Woodley

The Father sends his Spirit in Jesus’ name to equip us for mission. We “begin in prayer” by asking the Holy Spirit “what do you want to do here?” in every conversation and relationship. The comfort of the Spirit dwelling in us gives us strength to obey and fills us with peace amidst the risks as we follow him into evangelism. (John 14:15-17, 25-27)

A time to be generous

Your continued generosity equips us to minister to our community during the current crisis.

Our leaders have set aside a large portion of our budget for need-based financial aid within our church community. We are also coordinating with the community to discern what resources we can contribute outside of our church. Your gifts will go toward these efforts.

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

There’s a place for everyone to connect and belong, both on Sunday and during the week. Got kids? Bring the whole family. Flying solo? We’re saving a seat for you.

You get to come together and talk about God, play, and make friends. I love RezKids. —Sam

On the winter youth retreat, I was at a spiritual and emotional low, and my RezYouth small group prayed over me. It was so freeing. —Susanna

My dad got sick, and our third daughter was born with hearing loss. Meeting with our small group and just being vulnerable helped us to get through it and feel God’s love. —Al
