Apply for Our Ministry Residency Program

April 24, 2019

Church of the Resurrection is accepting applications for our Ministry Resident Program for the new 2019-2020 Ministry year!

We are excited to be entering a second year with this program, providing the opportunity for individuals to work in active ministry, gaining real-life experience and exploring what the Lord has in store for them. In short, we want to equip young leaders for vocational ministry.

The residency position is a part of Resurrection staff, combining a pastoral focus with administration and team leadership. This year's ministry tracks are in worship, missions, or discipleship (children, youth, or adult).

In addition to ministry responsibilities, residents will be discipled by a senior pastoral staff member and receive extensive Bible, theology, and leadership training. Bishop Stewart, Canon Stephen Gauthier, and other leaders will also lead regular training sessions that residents will be invited to attend alongside other trainees from throughout the diocese.

This is an ideal program for recent college graduates or young professionals seeking to transition into vocational ministry. Multiple positions are available.

For more information or to apply, contact Personnel Director Whitney Burns at

Applications are due June 10, with a start date of August 1.
