As we walk through Christ's last week together each year, we are drawn in to the story of his suffering and sacrifice. There is so much to take in during that week as we worship together.
A few years ago I wrote "Passion Song" which recalls several of the major events during Holy Week. I was inspired to write it while reflecting on Jesus' earthly relationships.

As Christians, we believe living in the community of the local church is really important. This is where we see God’s presence are transformed into Christ’s image. But living in the beautiful reality of the fellowship of the church community is not an easy thing. On Maundy Thursday we are not confronted with the idyllic Normal Rockwell painting of a blissful, smiling family around a dinner table.
