A definition of humility that I can relate to is “meek and humble acceptance of what God asks of us” (Rev. Mario Bergner paraphrasing Josef Pieper) namely to trust that the grace of our Lord is sufficient in enabling us sinners to live a life worthy of His call and that this call is wholly Good.
