Proverbs Devotional Day 8

Most of us can relate to becoming defensive at the slightest hint of criticism.  I learned an important lesson early in my marriage.  I felt like I had fallen into a deep, black hole when my husband confronted me about things I was doing that he did not like.  It took almost a day to see the Light again, and in that Light God spoke clearly to me, and I understood I had to thank my husband for being so honest with me.
