We have a new way of signing up for a directory listing! Using the web form link below, click to access our Directory Update form.

- Fill out the fields
--one form per adult
--list children's names in the Comments area of a parent's form
--if you do not have a phone number, type "None" in the Home Number field - Use the drop-down box at the top to indicate whether you do or do not want to be listed in the directory.
- Click Submit.
Even if you do not wish to be listed in the directory, you can still use the form to submit your contact information. Then you can simply choose "No, do not list me in the directory" from the drop down list at the top of the form. And don't worry, even though you're filling out a web form, your e-mail will just be used here at the Resurrection Office--you won't get more spam by filling out this form.
