Mentoring

As you develop friendships with younger brothers in Christ, you may realize that the dynamic of one or more of these friendships has grown in such a way that you feel a greater responsibility then you previously envisioned having. You may also find that a younger brother in Christ might simply ask you to mentor him.

Whatever the case may be, you might ask, "Do I have what it takes to be an effective mentor? What do I really have to give to this guy? Why me?" If you are asking these questions or looking to become more effective and better equipped as an older brother or mentor, then we can offer you a variety of resources and training to help you.

Also, if you are specifically looking to develop good friendships with older brothers in Christ, then please see the Connecting section for information on our Connecting Directory.Contact Jim or Adam for more information.  And look for more resources to come as we continue to learn how to develop this important ministry.
