Men's Bible Study -- The Sequel
The Men's Bible Study, which meets every Saturday (except the first Saturday of the month) from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. at the Ministry Center, will begin to study the Letter to the Hebrews starting Saturday, June 21. Stephen Gauthier will lead this weekly verse-by verse study, with special emphasis on how this epistle was understood by the early Church Fathers. The study is open-ended (feel free to come any Saturday you can) and newcomers are always welcome.

Pilgrimage of Prayer
Saturday, June 28
The Global Anglican Future Conference (GAFCON) will take place in Jerusalem during the last two weeks of June. AMiA has asked each of its networks to take a day to pray for the conference and for those attending. The Midwest Network's day of prayer for GAFCON is Saturday, June 28, when we will be able to join Fr. William, Fr. Stewart, Justin Jacobson and Jonathan Kindberg on their Jerusalem pilgrimage by praying for them and the other pilgrims throughout the day. Our own pilgrimage will begin at the Ministry Center for Morning Prayer and will conclude with Compline on the Indian Knoll property with stops along the way at All Souls Anglican Church and Church of the Savior. Try to find a time during the day when you can join us at one of our pilgrimage stops and pray together with members of our AMiA sister churches for what God is doing among us and throughout the world to build His Church. All services will last 20-30 minutes except for Evening Prayer/Eucharist at 5 pm, which is Church of the Saviour's regular Saturday evening Eucharist service.

New CLT Class: The First 150 Years After the Apostles

Find out what the first successors of the apostles had to say to the Church of their day. We will be looking at a number of primary documents from 100 AD- 250 AD and discussing what these early church fathers thought about Scripture, the unity of the Church, the Lord's Prayer, the story of salvation through Jesus alone and the faithful witness of the martyrs. If you missed some of the earlier sessions, you can still pick up copies of the previous documents at the CLT class. Barbara and Stephen Gauthier and Andrew Merrick will lead the discussions.
